Justins BBQ Steelhead / Salmon
¼” cup - Light Brown Sugar
2 Tbsp - Dijon Mustard
1 splash – Olive Oil
Salt & Pepper
1 Wild Sockeye Salmon Filet
Turn the Bar-B-Que to low.
Rinse Salmon Filet and place over aluminum foil on a cookie sheet.
Whisk together Brown Sugar, Dijon Mustard, and Olive Oil.
Drizzle Glaze over salmon filet.
Season with Salt & Pepper.
Wrap foil over the top of filet.
Cook for 15 minutes or until done.
Garnish with Fresh Parsley.
Serve with Steamed Wild Rice & Garden Salad
